📝 Revised Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kumaon Planner.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (verification, property management, stays & tours) in Uttarakhand, India. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer advisory and facilitation services which may include:
- Property verification, document coordination, and legal checks
- Property management services (including stays, experiences, maintenance)
- Tour and stay packages in the Kumaon region
We are a consultancy platform and not a broker, agent, or legal representative unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
2. Client Onboarding & Unique Code
Every client is assigned a unique client code (e.g., KP001). This code is used across our systems (Master Sheet, Drive, Trello) for reference and tracking. You agree that all communication and documents will reference this code.
3. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Failure to do so may affect the success of our services. You are responsible for verifying greater details such as local laws, land records, and third-party claims.
4. Payment & Refunds
Service fees must be paid as agreed before work begins. Once we commence work (site visits, documentation, verification), refunds are not guaranteed. Additional costs (travel, documentation, partner fees) may apply and will be communicated in advance.
5. Deliverables
Our deliverables (reports, summaries, package itineraries) are based on available records and our assessment. They are for reference and planning—not legal judgments unless expressly stated. For stays/tours, we provide experience, the description but local conditions (weather, access) may affect execution.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All content on our website, including branding, graphics, and written materials, is owned by Kumaon Planner or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell without permission.
7. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kumaon Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for errors arising from inaccurate information, third-party actions, or regulation changes. Our total liability is capped at the service fee you paid.
8. Cancellations & Stays/Tours
If you engage a tour or stay package, cancellations or changes must follow the policy we communicate at booking time. We’ll strive to respect your preferences, but we reserve the right to make changes based on local availability, safety or regulatory requirements.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the revision date and your continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
